Any specific tail-wagger is dangerous if it abused as well as improperly trained. I have found alot more caring dog owners among so called "high-risk dog breeds" when compared with bad mishaps. All owners really need to be thoroughly well-informed in the handling of his or her own canines. Strong-minded animals will require consistent training. Owners are accountable pertaining to their own dogs. Refrain from blaming the animals for their own idiot owners. I have owned Rottweilers for ages. Talk to any of the local kids which have grownup with our dogs, they have always been lovable and gentle. I trained all of them. I'm certainly responsible for them. The well being and comfort of my friends had to be an important aspect in the ownership of Rottwielers as the friendship and safeguarding my dogs furnished me.I personally have came across scores of, well-trained Rottweilers and so-called "dangerous dog breeds". It surely is the time to blame incompetent pet owners and not the dogs.
